Superior A/C, Heat Pumps and Mini-Split Safety & Performance Check
Your annual air conditioning and mini-split inspection will be performed by a qualified Service Professional who will ensure that your system is running at peak efficiency to help extend its service life and prevent major cooling system issues. Mini-Split’s suggested 2x a year if using it for heat.
Our Superior A/C Check includes:
OUTDOOR UNIT
- Visually inspect the outdoor unit coil
- Condenser motor inspection, oil if necessary
- Check refrigerant levels
- Remove or put on condenser covers, if applicable
- Control and safety device inspection
- Visually inspect the wiring
- Check terminal and capacitor connections
- Check contactors and relays for wear and tear
INDOOR
- Filter inspection, replace with a customer supplied filter
- Inspect indoor coil
- Visually inspect the wiring
- Check terminal and capacitor connections
- Check contactors and relays for wear and tear
- Inspect blower motor and blower wheel
- Belt and pulley inspection
- Control and safety device inspection
- Test emergency shut offs
- Clear and test condensate drain
- Rate overall condition of system
- Check thermostat, replace batteries with customer supplied replacements if necessary
- Test operation
If any additional services are recommended, the Service Professional will offer the customer options at the completion of system check.
Terms and conditions:
This service will ensure your HVAC system is operating efficiently and safely. This program does not guarantee against system failure; in such cases, service fees apply. Superior Comfort Inc. will remind you when your annual inspections are needed with a phone call and/or email. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure your annual inspections are scheduled.
ALL CUSTOMERS WHO SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM WILL GET PRIORITY SERVICE OVER NON AGREEMENT HOLDERS AND $100.00 OFF ANY REPAIR THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
