If I could assign 10 stars I would. My first positive was scheduling online for the service. Website was easy to use and the time frames, although weren’t convenient for my personal schedule, were abundant to choose from. Then I get several reminder texts which were fantastic for my scattered brain. Then I receive a text with a picture of my tech and his name, Kevin. Wow. Already above expectation. I received a phone call from Kevin with an eta and we both got to my residence at the same time. I was not waiting around for him. Again, fantastic. He listened to my rambling and looked around the tub and under the sink, coming up with a plan. We discussed possible scenarios and the solutions. And he was very thorough and great at explaining everything so I understood what he planned to do and then did it. His patience and understanding was just a huge bonus. I have had a run with this bathroom with repair after repair. He assisted with a few additional issues I was struggling with on top of the main issue!! Thanks to Kevin, I’m booking an under the sink upgrade on my PVC pipes in a couple of weeks. I do highly recommend this company. I write reviews often for different things, but this one was important because the recognition being a huge must. Even the receptionist was absolutely pleasant when I called for a better eta. Just highly impressed overall from the booking website experience until the very end when Kevin left my home. Thank you so very much.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Our sump pump stopped working and our basement flooded. He was able to install a new one right away and advise us on future plumbing needs.

Mattthew Portzeba came in. Was very professional. Diagnosed our issue, walked me through each phase step by step. Eventually we installed a water filtration system that seemed to remove all the issues we had been having. Our town has notoriously bad water and Matt’s suggestions worked and he took care of installation quickly and quietly. My baby napped the whole time
