  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) – HVAC Company

    Are you a customer-oriented and passionate individual? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our reputable family owned and operated HVAC company! As a CSR, you will act as a vital link between our company and our esteemed customers. We are seeking a customer-oriented and passionate individual. The ideal candidate will provide accurate and efficient product and service information, resolve any emerging problems, and ensure customer accounts are handled with utmost care and satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
    Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and empathizing with customers
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media channels
    Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain high service standards
    Resolve customer complaints and problems effectively and efficiently
    Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and services
    Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
    Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
    • Patience and empathy towards customers
    • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer inquiries
    • Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus
    • Proficient in computer applications and software such as CRM systems
