Had our A/C checked. Was told the refrigerant was low and it’s not available anymore, so we were quoted a price for a replacement. The quote was $30,000. I said we will get a second opinion. Another company checked our system and found the component that was faulty. He replaced it and our A/C system is working again. The refrigerant was not low after all. In my opinion I feel Superior was price gouging and taking advantage of senior citizens. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Patrick was timely and efficient. He explained what issues he saw with pictures and options for taking care of them. He got right to work on cleaning the condensers for us. It was a bit pricey compared to other states, but Superior had the best service contract in the area with the fastest service.
