The customer service at Superior was excellent from the start. They were able to schedule a visit before the holidays to get one of my heating fixtures cleaned so we could have consistent heat again.
Sam, the technician, was outstanding. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed the issue right away. One of my heating systems is tucked away in a tough spot in the attic, but Sam didnβt hesitate, he got up there, handled everything quickly, and had it working perfectly in no time.
Highly recommend this company. Iβll definitely be a returning customer.

Recently contacted Superior Comfort to get a second opinion on a HVAC issue we were experiencing, and glad we did.
The first company we contacted for a diagnosis /estimate seemed rather inexperienced, and ultimately left us very skeptical as to the extent of their capabilities.
To the contrary, our experience with Adam from Superior was great. He was thorough with explaining the issue, and came off as very knowledgeable in answering any questions.
Heat is back on, and working better than ever.!

Had a bathroom ceiling fan with light replaced (supplied product myself) and John was fantastic! He was so kind, polite, professional and helpful. He listened to me and answered every question I had before doing the job and got things done efficiently with top notch quality. He even left the room cleaner than when it started taking all trash with him. Highly recommend the service and appreciate Johnβs kindness and attention to detail.

I had a problem with my heating system- no heat. I called Superior Comfort and the girl in the office said she would send some one. Alex Amaral came right away. He was great. He explained in detail, because of the age of the furnace, recommended a new replacement. It was my choice and no pressure. Thank you Alex!

Friday night, mid November and the furnace went! I called several places with 24 hr emergency repair and didnβt get call back from all but one and the one I did get, couldnβt come for five days. Called superior and not only were they incredibly nice on the phone, best customer service around, they got a repair guy out here. They donβt charge extra fees for it being night or weekend, which is unheard of problem was diagnosed and had a new furnace installed the following day. Customer service gal literally was texting me from her cell phone because I was stuck at work and couldnβt take phone calls to make sure I was getting all the info I needed. The guys that came To install the furnace were incredibly nice, super clean and weβre really friendly. The job was done in a couple hours. The entire furnace was replaced. The house was clean within a few hours. I was not expecting to replace an entire furnace today, but they made it very easy. I will not be using anyone else.

Doug came out at 9:30am, 11/17, for a service call. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient. He took time to explain the issues and what he did to fix them. He also spent time answering my questions and showed me which filter I needed to get and how to get it. Great experience!

Superior Comfort was ready and willing to help us when our furnace died. From the customer service woman who was sympathetic to our situation, to providing space heaters until they were able to come out, to moving things around so we could be taken care of sooner than later, to arranging a chimney person in short order who did quality work and finally to the installers who were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They spent time explaining everything that was done and answered our questions. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. All of these factors give us utmost confidence that this was a furnace install that was done right.
