This was my first time using Superior and they were really great. I had a leaking sink to be fixed. The company’s phone reminders and text messages were really organized and well put together. The tech Bryce was very friendly, informative, honest, and did great quality work. Highly recommend them!

I called Superior Comfort Plumbing for a burst gas water heater on 2/1/26. The technician Matthew Potrzeba arrived a little over an hour later to check out the water heater. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable and went over everything with my son and myself. He gave me a quote for a 40 gallon gas water heater along with changing out shut off valves in several areas. The quote Matthew gave was very reasonable for all the work he was going to perform. Matthew called me around 8am on 2/2/26 to let me know that he was on his way to the supply house to get the water heater and all the supplies needed to perform the job and then he would be on his way to my home. He kept me in the loop on everything. Matthew arrived a little before 9am and finished around 12:30pm. He showed me everything that he did and explained how to use the shut off valves and adjust the water temperature if I need to for the water heater. Matthew cleaned up everything and removed the old water heater. Everything was left spotless. I would recommend anyone to use Superior Comfort Plumbing for their plumbing needs. I will definitely call them again and also request Matthew for all my plumbing needs. Parfilia Noel

Justin spent the greater portion of two days in our home doing electrical service. He provided outstanding service. His competence was matched by his kind and respectful manner. When someone is doing work on your home and is spending time there, you want to feel confident about who is there. Justin rewarded ours.

Kevin was great! He was very helpful and took his time to really figure out what our issue was. He was great at explaining why things were happening and giving us different options to solve it. Very professional and scheduling with dispatch was very easy as well. Great experience! Would recommend!

Superior Comfort is absolutely amazing. Our pipes bursted because of the winter storm and Kevin came out first thing the next morning and was prompt, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. He explains everything as he goes and doesn’t leave you with questions. This was a big job and Kevin was amazing!

Our technician sent a reminder text with his photo to let us know he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The thing we liked best is that he wasn’t pushy. He was honest with how our water heater and furnace were. He gave recommendations as to when to start thinking about replacing each of them and it wasn’t tomorrow. It was years down the road. So he wasn’t trying to scare us into a sale!!!

Justin Boiani came out after heavy snow to reconnect our downed power lines, and he was absolutely fantastic. He worked diligently for hours in brutal cold, was incredibly kind, and kept us informed every step of the way. Superior Comfort came through for us with same-day service when no one else could. We’ll definitely be using them for all of our electrical needs moving forward. Our wimpy dogs would also like to thank Justin for getting the heat and lights back on 🐾 Huge thanks for braving the freezing temps!

We had intermittent power loss for about two months, and two other electricians couldn’t figure it out or offer a clear plan. Superior sent out Paul Borges, and from the first visit he explained what was likely going on and laid out a real plan of action. He came back while the power was actually out, found the issue, and now everything is completely fixed! Paul was great to work with, stayed on it until it was resolved, and his professionalism and follow through were top notch. Highly recommend!

She’s a true testament as to what customer service’s definition is and is expected. Tay is a true polished and well accomplished ambassador to her craft and to Superior Comfort Corporation. Highly recommend Superior!!! Sam recently came out to fix our heating system and was knowledgeable, professional, and right on time. Exactly what you want from a business – especially one that can mean the difference between staying warm or freezing your butt off in a Rhode Island winter.

Excellent service!!! Called in for a heating malfunction and the company was quick to schedule a next day service even though it was Christmas Eve! Technicians were polite and very knowledgeable and were able to quickly identify the problem and fix the issue!

The customer service at Superior Comfort Inc. was excellent from the start. They were able to schedule a visit before the holidays. I was having a problem with an electrical outlet which wasn’t working for my dishwasher. My electrician Justin B. texted me to notify me of his arrival.( with a picture) Justin was thorough with diagnosing the problem and explained in great detail what needed to be done. He had to inspect every breaker in the breaker box. Found the issue and made the repair which was replacing two electrical outlets and separating one electrical outlet on its own circuit. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Justin.

I called Superior Comfort for help with a leaky mixing valve on our water boiler. Kevin Yeh showed up and was able to help by tightening the nut in the valve knob. That’s all that was needed. However, Kevin was very knowledgeable in explaining how we can have an improved heating system that is more efficient and effective than our current system. Our on-demand water heater is not able to keep up in winter, so we have cool showers all winter long. Kevin was very polite, informative, and a pleasure to discuss these matters.

Had a plumbing issue, Anthony was able to show up quickly, identify the problem and get the right people in to address it. Very professional amd knew his stuff. Highly recommended.

Quick and efficient!

Anthony provided great service and completed the work timely. We had an unexpected leak and Superior got Anthony in right away. He was also able to provide further insight on other changes we should make to prevent any other floods in the home.

Kevin Yeh was the technician – excellent! Diagnosed, resolved our issue (plumbing issue) in short order. Respectful and pleasant demeanor. Expecting a quote for a spring job. A bit pricey but that’s not a reflection on the tech.

Matt just left our new house and I have to say it was a pleasure having him come fix our plumbing problem. My tub wouldn’t drain and I couldn’t get the water to go down. When he got here he look at the problem and then went down the basement to see if he could find the drain there. He did find it , where I didn’t think it was , by the way, and then went back to evaluate the problem from upstairs. As it turns out, I proved, I’m no plumber. He found that the lever for the drain was up, thats way the water wasn’t going down. I felt like an idiot. Matt never made me feel that way and was very thorough it making sure that was the only problem before he left. He showed to be very knowledgable, through and just a very nice guy. Thank you helping us out I won’t call anyone else in the future.

I really enjoy working with Superior Comfort Plumbing. Not only are they more affordable than other local plumbers, they are wonderful communicators and do an excellent job. Kevin helped us install a circulator so we can get hot water in our shower, and he was quick, efficient, and patient, and now we don’t have to take cold showers anymore!

Derek did a great job cleaning my gas fired boiler. He was thorough and patient with my questions.
