I had my annual service check on my mini split system today by Superior Comfort. The technician they sent was Aaron Parsons. Mr Parsons was exceptionally professional and well prepared for the task. He serviced all four of my mini split heads and explained step by step what he was doing and why. Then he did something that no other technician from the other company I previously used had ever done. He actually checked the Freon pressure in the lines!! This made me feel more confident about my system as all levels were within spec. Aaron is an outstanding technician and Superior Comfort is an outstanding company!!!

It was unexpectedly great the technician was professional friendly knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable ( which is surprisingly strange because I am not comfortable with strangers in my house ) the price was very reasonable and he was here on time. All in all 5 10 100 stars whatever is the most I can give. Highly recommend

I am more than happy with the work Superior Comfort Incorporated did on my breaker panel. Their Technician Paul was very professional and did a top notch job. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for future repairs.

Justin was great to work with. He listened to my explanation of the issue and assured me that it wasn’t as bad as I feared. He explained what he was going to do and he completed the job quickly; it was not as bad as I feared.

Excellent service! I think the prices are absolutely outrageous, but I am willing to pay them for the peace of mind that this company gives me. These guys absolutely know what they are doing and you can tell the deep experience and knowledge is what you are paying so outlandishly for. Of course I wish it were cheaper, but I wish everything was cheaper these days. I simply need the assurance of quality so I am biting that bullet. Hard! 🤣

We want to thank for the great job that was done with the water heaters replacement at our home. Everything was explained to us such as different choices and prices.
We were very impressed how the guys ( Matt, Mark, Bob, and Justin) showed great team work, respect for each other and for us. The job was done in professional way. We saw how they insisted until everything functioned the way it should and stopped by afterwards to check on the work done.
You did an excellent job!! In our opinion your are a most preferred vendor!!

Superior comfort is the best. I had a plumbing problem in which I had hot water coming out from the cold water faucet in all 3 apartments of my 3 family home. Mark Craveiro came out and in less than 15 minutes found the problem. I’m so happy he did because this had me stressed out. When we had a plumbing issue, we contacted Superior Comfort. The office staff person was pleasant and put us on the schedule asap. In the meantime, we received a text confirmation of the appointment. When he arrived, Marko the plumber was professional and easy to work with. He understood the plumbing issue and knew exactly what to do to resolve it. As Marko moved around our home, he saws signs that we had a cat, and made sure it was safe before opening a door.

When the Technician came to my house, he went to work quickly by asking appropriate questions about what wrong with my Mini-split unit.
He went to work right away clearing out the water drain that was clogged outside so the backed up water could drain outside instead of into my fireplace.
Then he went into my house to examine the Mini-split unit itself. He saw the filter needed to be cleaned after he removed it from the unit. After he washed the filter and replaced it back into the M-S unit, the M-S unit started to work properly.
That was the fastest cooling service I have ever seen. I was so glad I called Superior Comfort to fix my leaking Mini-split unit.

Mark was excellent! He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the issues while also offering several possible solutions! We ended up booking him for fixing a couple of sinks as well as to setup a set it and forget it dehumidifier system to remove some of the excess moisture in the basement.
