Big praise for William Putnam’s service. He came to our home for a possible basement toilet leak. Instead of immediately jumping to replace, reseat or any plumbing work he carefully inspected the surrounding area. Only to identify that the water on the floor could be coming from outside water coming into the basement. He recommended having another company coming out to do an inspection. We can revisit the toilet later but the pressing matter was identifying the water. Thank you William for your expertise and exceptional customer service. Well done, well done indeed.
