I completed the online form and 20 minutes later I got the call, 2 hours later the technician was at my house. Installation was scheduled for 2 days later. Kevin was very straight forward, honest and knowldgable. He didn’t try to push any upsell on me which was very refreshing. I am very happy with all aspects of the service.

Superior comfort helped us when we needed it most, furnace broke down during the extreme cold weekend and with a six year old it was really tough, but they were able to come in the same day and provided us temporary heat relief with space heaters. Then Kyle and Devine arrived on time on Monday to install the new furnace, absolutely professional and courteous, and they cleaned up perfectly after the job.

This was my first time using Superior and they were really great. I had a leaking sink to be fixed. The company’s phone reminders and text messages were really organized and well put together. The tech Bryce was very friendly, informative, honest, and did great quality work. Highly recommend them!

I called Superior Comfort Plumbing for a burst gas water heater on 2/1/26. The technician Matthew Potrzeba arrived a little over an hour later to check out the water heater. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable and went over everything with my son and myself. He gave me a quote for a 40 gallon gas water heater along with changing out shut off valves in several areas. The quote Matthew gave was very reasonable for all the work he was going to perform. Matthew called me around 8am on 2/2/26 to let me know that he was on his way to the supply house to get the water heater and all the supplies needed to perform the job and then he would be on his way to my home. He kept me in the loop on everything. Matthew arrived a little before 9am and finished around 12:30pm. He showed me everything that he did and explained how to use the shut off valves and adjust the water temperature if I need to for the water heater. Matthew cleaned up everything and removed the old water heater. Everything was left spotless. I would recommend anyone to use Superior Comfort Plumbing for their plumbing needs. I will definitely call them again and also request Matthew for all my plumbing needs. Parfilia Noel

Justin spent the greater portion of two days in our home doing electrical service. He provided outstanding service. His competence was matched by his kind and respectful manner. When someone is doing work on your home and is spending time there, you want to feel confident about who is there. Justin rewarded ours.

Superior Comfort is absolutely amazing. Our pipes bursted because of the winter storm and Kevin came out first thing the next morning and was prompt, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. Our technician sent a reminder text with his photo to let us know he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The thing we liked best is that he wasn’t pushy. He was honest with how our water heater and furnace were. He gave recommendations as to when to start thinking about replacing each of them and it wasn’t tomorrow. It was years down the road. So he wasn’t trying to scare us into a sale!!!

Justin Boiani came out after heavy snow to reconnect our downed power lines, and he was absolutely fantastic. He worked diligently for hours in brutal cold, was incredibly kind, and kept us informed every step of the way. Superior Comfort came through for us with same-day service when no one else could. We had intermittent power loss for about two months, and two other electricians couldn’t figure it out or offer a clear plan. Superior sent out Paul Borges, and from the first visit he explained what was likely going on and laid out a real plan of action. He came back while the power was actually out, found the issue, and now everything is completely fixed! Paul was great to work with, stayed on it until it was resolved, and his professionalism and follow through were top notch. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!!! Called in for a heating malfunction and the company was quick to schedule a next day service even though it was Christmas Eve! Technicians were polite and very knowledgeable and were able to quickly identify the problem and fix the issue!

The customer service at Superior Comfort Inc. was excellent from the start. They were able to schedule a visit before the holidays. I was having a problem with an electrical outlet which wasn’t working for my dishwasher. My electrician Justin B. texted me to notify me of his arrival.( with a picture) Justin was thorough with diagnosing the problem and explained in great detail what needed to be done. He had to inspect every breaker in the breaker box. Found the issue and made the repair which was replacing two electrical outlets and separating one electrical outlet on its own circuit. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Justin.
