Technician visits, contract coordination and scheduling was often sketchy due to varying quotes and loose ends on the service end to sync up with each other causing confusion and frustration. We had to request price breaks for paying for a high volume of service and items. We were not made award of financing options nor the senior discounts until one technician brought it to our attention.
