If you’re finding your system is causing intermittent or no heat at all, it could be caused by a thermostat malfunction or ignition control complication. When you call Superior Comfort Incorporated for a Safety and Performance inspection, all of these issues can be prevented. We also conduct carbon monoxide checks and adequate clearances for combustion air and equipment to keep your family safe.

Our Superior Furnace Check includes:

• Visual inspection of overall condition of system
• Inspection of burners and flue pipes
• Clean flame sensor and spark rod if applicable
• Perform an efficiency test
• Check fan motor and blower wheel
• Check temperatures and gas pressure
• Filter inspection, replace with a customer supplied filter if needed
• Inspect electrical connections
• Check and test drain line and trap if applicable
• Check heat exchanger for cracks and leaks
• Test emergency shut offs
• Check thermostat, replace batteries with customer supplied replacements if necessary
• Check overall safety and performance of the system
• Test operation

If any additional services are recommended, the Service Professional will offer the customer options at the completion of system check.

Our Superior Gas Boiler Check includes:

• Visual inspection of overall condition of system
• Inspection of burners and flue pipes
• Clean flame sensor and spark rod if applicable

• Check and test drain line and trap if applicable
• Check heat exchanger for cracks and leaks
• Test emergency shut offs
• Check thermostat, replace batteries with customer supplied replacements if necessary
• Check overall safety and performance of the system
• Test operation

(Standard service does not include a full breakdown of the boiler with brushing and vacuuming the heat exchanger, customers must upgrade to the Premium package for that option).

If any additional services are recommended, the Service Professional will offer the customer options at the completion of the system check.

This service will ensure your HVAC system is operating efficiently and safely. This program does not guarantee against system failure; in such cases, service fees apply. Superior Comfort Inc. will remind you when your annual inspections are needed with a phone call and/or email. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure your annual inspections are scheduled.
